Abstract : The Reynolds number range of the tests conductedAT THE HIGH TEMPERATURES FELL IN THE SLIP-FLOW REGIME. The results indicated, generally, that the recovery factor can be predicted satisfactorily using the square root of the Prandtl number. The recovery data also indicated two definite trends: one of decreasing recovery factor with decreasing pressure, and one of decreasing recovery factor with increasing temperature. (Author)
