Abstract : Research is presented on the design, development and evaluation of a high-power integral circuited tetrode for 215 megacycle operation. The primary objective was the achievement of 825 kilowatt peak power output over a 10 percent frequency band. Several design concepts for the output circuit have been completed, employing both double-peaked circuit coupling and single-peaked circuit coupling techniques. A computer program has been completed.
