Abstract : The macroscopic equations for a non-reacting plasma are deduced using the classical MaxwellBoltzmann Equation. The general form of these equations is presented in a rotating coordinate system, taking into account the gravitational and electromagnetic fields, but neglecting relativistic and quantum mechanical effects.
