Abstract : A mathematical study is made of the theory and application of generalized inversions of an arbitrary rectangular matrix through the use of NeumannEuler expansions for the MoorePenrose inverse of an arbitrary matrix. Projection properties based upon the classical theorems such as the Fredholm alternative, and matrix series identities of Moebius type, are developed.
