Abstract : The exposure of pressure-vessel steels to moderate neutron dosages (n/sq cm greater than 1.0 Mev) results in major changes in notch-ductility properties. The available data indicate that neutron dosage and irradiation temperature are the primary factors controlling notch-ductility behavior. Specific influences involving neutron spectrum and neutron dose rate (n/sq cmthe existence of such effects.
