Abstract : A model for characterizing decision situations in a context of complexity using the March-Simon approach was chosen. Decision situations were designed in the experimental setting of a Sage command staff. Four 3-man teams faced the same set of 35 decisions situations in five 1 1/2-hour exercises. Their perceptions, behaviors, and choices are discussed and analyzed.
