Abstract : DECIPTORS: *Plsma physis, *Fluid flow, *Conductivity, Magnetc fields, Electric fields, Ionizaion, Acceleration, ranslations, Het exchangers, Density, Jes.Asuing the applicability of one-dimensional equations of continuous meda, isothermal acceleration of plasma in externl transverse homogeneous magnetic and eletial fields in 2 partcular cases is considered: (a) with contant current density along the channel and b) in a channel with a constant angle of expanion. Isothermal acceleration of plasma in a thermal jet is also considered. An invetigation is made for two forms of the dependence of the condctivity of pasma on its density. (Author)
