Abstract : The monograph sets forth methods of computing the influence of various types of noise on the precision and range of radar-station tracking systems with line-scanning antenna beams and, in particular, radar stations operating in the circularscanning mode. It presents simple methods of determining optimum structural diagrams for the tracking systems and computing the potential errors of automatic coordinate measurement. The material in the monograph may be used by engineers and scientific workers in designing radar tracking systems, as well as in investigation of the potential performance of such systems. (Author)
