Abstract : Detailed results of the human factors engineering review and evaluation of the AMF Launcher System for the 107A-2 Titan Weapon System Operational Base are presented. The report contains a discussion and summary of those equipment items that are significantly different from the training facility equipment and therefore may be combined with the human factors engineering review and evaluation, Weapon System 107A-2 Launcher, OSTF and TF-1 Final Report (AD-274 290, AD-274 291, AD-274 292) to cover the entire recorded human factors engineering effort on the launcher system. The report contains the results of the many recommendations made by the Human Factors Engineering Group and includes product improvement recommendations to increase operational effectiveness.
