Abstract : A heat resistant explosive system containing mild detonating fuse (MDF) and/or flexible linear shaped charge (FLSC) is not complete without an end booster to transfer detonation into and/or out of the system. A new explosive which has the physical and chemical properties suitable for end booster applications is reported. A typical end booster is shown. (Author)
