Abstract : A study is made of general interpolation theorems for function algebras. Let H infinity denote the algebra of bounded analytic functions in the unit disc. Let a sequence S = (z sub n) be given absolute value of z sub n < 1, and consider the operator R that maps each f in H infinty into its sequence of values f(z sub n) on S. then R:H infinity approaches 1 sub infinity.
