Abstract : Theoretical and experimental studies of the phenomena of the glass transition in various plastics are reviewed. A bibliography of the literature covered is presented. Parameters affecting the glass transition, such as molecular structure effects, pressure effects, frequency effects, solvent effects, etc. are discussed. (LS-PL).
