Abstract : Based upon the three-dimensional theory of the finite-bladed ducted propeller as developed previously, a simple procedure is presented for calculating the shroud-induced inflow. It is written as an addendum to an earlier report which treated the detailed loading on the shroud. However, the present procedure is self-contained and may therefore be used as an independent method.
