Abstract : The binary systems V-B, Nb-B, and Ta-B have been investigated by means of X-ray, metallographic, melting point, and differential-thermo-analytical techniques, and complete phase diagrams for all three systems were established. The results of this investigation are discussed and critically compared with available data from the literature. (Author)
