Abstract : The rapid development of Molecular technology created a need for improvements in interconnection technologies for the fabrication of large arrays of logic and memory units. A new fabrication technology was developed and implemented with a successful technique which can be used in combining molecular and miniature components into future more reliable lower cost, better performance electronic systems.
