Abstract : Calculations were made of the gas composition, density ratio, pressure ratio, temperature ratio, and similar properties across the incident and reflected shock waves occurring in a shock tube. Thermodynamic equilibrium was assumed. The electrical conductivity of the shocked gas was calculated with species concentrations. Results are presented in graphical form. (Author)
