Abstract : The adjoint analog technique is used to analyze the response of a command guided antitank missile system to a stationary random model of low altitude air turbulence. The system dynamic equations are derived, programmed on the analog computer, and the mean square of the miss distance is computed. The results show the miss distance is strongly dependent on the spectral characteristics of the turbulence used and on the closed-loop system gain. (Author)
