Abstract : To assess the capability of the EX 330 Mod 1 Fuze to provide adequate safety and reliability in the Improved Shrike Missile application, the fuze was subjected to an extensive evaluation program. The program consisted of four sets of tests: reliability, safety, storage, and production lot tests. This report describes the tests, presents a failure analysis, and discusses results upon which conclusions and recommendations are based. It also records action taken to correct the failure modes.
