Abstract : The airdrop impact capability of the fuel-heated pressure autoclave dressing sterilizer was evaluated. Six andstatic and one airdrop were conducted. Results indicate there was no evidence of structural deformation or functional defects. It was concluded that the sterilizer design is adequate for airdrop on a parachutist and by standard airdrop techniques, using paper honeycomb as an energy dissipater. (Author)
