Abstract : A FORTRAN II program, termed SABOR III, for the matrix-displacement finite-element method of analysis of thin shells of revolution subjected to asymmetric or axisymmetric loading is presented. Included are descriptions of the structural idealization and the program. A complete FORTRAN listing of SABOR III is given together with the program flow diagram and input and output instructions. The complete results for two example problems are listed to enable the user to check the adaptation of the computer program to his facility. (Author)
