Abstract : High adhesive strength in polymer systems can be achieved by interpolymerization on the adhesive-substrate interface through the interaction of functional groups of polymers of the adhesive and substrate. The realization of onium interpolymerization, taking place at a low energy of variations and not resulting in the separation of side products on the interface of the adhesive-substrate, made it possible to increase substantially the adhesive strength in a rubber-cord system.
