Abstract : In the flight of thin blunted bodies in the atmosphere at great altitudes, an influence on the distribution of the pressure over the generatrices is exerted by the blunting and also by the thickened boundary layer. This influence is examined by the method of small disturbances with high flight Mach numbers.
