Abstract : The research was undertaken to determine the educational and human engineering requirements for training in antiaircraft tracer observation and fire control for light antiaircraft weapons. The result of a crew task analysis is the recommendation that training can be most economically conducted by training for specific parts of the task rather than for the whole task. (Author)
