Abstract : Kinetic reaction of hemagglutination inhibition was developed by Casals in 1962. He used this reaction for study of antigenic relationships between strains of equine encephalomyelitis viruses. His results permit one to conclude that some differences exist between strains isolated in different areas of the western hemisphere. In this study the authors investigated the relationships between eight strains by means of this kinetic hemagglutination inhibition test.
