Abstract : Processing of equipment is grouped into three classifications depending upon the storage requirements. Class 1 - Outdoor Storage: This classification applies to equipment which will be stored, without adequate protection against weather or other hazards, for indefinite periods of time. Class 2 - Indoor Storage: Under this classification, equipment will be stored indoors, properly protected against weather and other hazards, for indefinite periods of time. This classification is further divided into equipment stored in: (a) Standard Warehouses, (b) Dehumidified Warehouses. Class 3 - Standby Storage: Equipment in this group is intended for storage pending final disposition and not to exceed a period of 90 days. It is also assumed that the processed equipment in this classification will be stored indoors with proper protection against weather conditions.
