Abstract : In the report the theory of games of kind is developed in the case of single target problems where strategies are piece-wise continuous functions of time. The delineation of escape and capture zones and the properties of paths along the boundary that separates them are studied. Some connections between theory of games and theory of stability are examined, they are illustrated by a few examples. The connections between games of kind and games of degree are also analyzed.
