Abstract : As N. P. Rusin has shown, a calculation of the heat flux in soil with an accuracy adequate for practical purposes, can be made without taking into account the value of the soil's coefficient of thermometric conductivity. Nevertheless, information concerning the value of this coefficient is still necessary for solving such important practical problems as the determination of the depth to which temperature fluctuations penetrate, of the depth of frost penetration in a soil and other related problems. The purpose of the work is to determine the error of this method under more or less diverse conditions. (Author)
