Abstract : Satellites 'Cosmos 49' and 'Cosmos 26' conducted measurements of the magnetic field by means of the proton magneto-meters according to the program of the world magnetic survey. The area of the Brazilian magnetic anomaly was covered by a dense network of measurements which were used in the construction of the magnetic map of anomalies. The necessity to compile such a map was induced by the interest of the anomaly in connection with isolation of an area of increased intensity radiation near the Brazilian shoreline. Study of this radiation is of interest for the theory of radio-active belts. This paper is a study of the compilations used to assemble this map. (Author)
