Abstract : The article considers the case of the boundary layer on a plate in a steady state homogeneous external stream. The equations of motion are given. Following substitution of new variables, the article presents exact solutions of these equations, as well as of the equations for the boundary layer in the vicinity of the critical point. (Author)
