Abstract : The author proposes a theorem based on the equilibrium formula of A. I. Lur'ye and A. L. Gol'denveyzer and the conditions defining the necessary and sufficient condition for fulfillment of the static equilibrium conditions composed for any finite part of a shell. Proceeding from this theorem the author then develops formulas for constructing the stress functions. (AUTHOR)
