Abstract : Two Y maze experiments were conducted in attempting to differentiate between learning and nonlearning rats. There were no meaningful differences in brain chemical results (amounts of RNA, DNA, and proteins; ratios of these three; specific activity of protein and tissue pool fractions, and relative specific activity of protein fraction). An explanation is offered for the lack of differences. (Author)
