Abstract : This document reports the experimental work, and the analysis of problem areas which would be encountered in the development of electrophotographic systems for a television display of a simulator training system. Experimental work was conducted on the development of transparent photoconductive films, and transfer methods of producing transparencies. Some promise of achieving transparent photoconductive films was obtained from vacuum deposition on glass plates of zinc sulfide and a small percentage of magnesium fluoride. Experimentation with transfer methods of producing transparencies from an unfixed image on developed Electrofax paper has yielded good results through an adhesive transfer. (Author)
