Abstract : The report describes experimental designs relative to a polynomial spline regression function. Admissibility is defined in terms of the information matrix and it is shown that admissibility is equivalent to certain moment conditions. Using properties of spline functions we arrive at a theorem for the case of a knot regression vector.
