Abstract : This paper is a further development of the theoretical model for the structure of the boundary layer of the atmosphere in stationary conditions as a function of external parameters. A mathematical model is proposed for the coefficient of turbulence and a system of equations is given for determining the vertical profiles of meteorological elements of the boundary layer under stationary conditions based on external parameters. This system of equations account for motion, heat transfer in the soil and in the atmosphere and humidity transfer in the atmosphere. The initial and boundary conditions for the problem are stated and a general solution is given. Formulas are derived for calculating the vertical wind profile in the boundary layer of the atmosphere and a computational scheme is proposed for determining the various parameters appearing in these formulas. Examples are given illustrating the effect of the coefficient of turbulence on the structure of the boundary layer of the atmosphere. (Author)
