Abstract : Studies conducted have investigated computational techniques in manybody systems of several types. These include relativistic two and threebody equations of the BetheSalpeter type; atomic wave functions with correlations; helium fine structure; analyticity in scattering calculations. Several new techniques in numerical analysis, independent of any particular physical problem, have been found. Completed studies also include an analysis of the theory of cascade decays and on the scattering theory of composite particles. Publications covering these researches are referenced. Recent work includes developing techniques for studying atomatom and ionatom reactions using the eikonal approximation and evaluation of a recently completed theory of transport of electromagnetic radiation in a plasma.
