Abstract : Molybdenum, tungsten, niobium and tantalum were siliconized at 1000 to 1200C by glow discharge in a mixture of silicon tetrachloride vapor and hydrogen flowing at a pressure of 40 mm Hg and a rate of 0.5 liters per minute. (Author)
