Abstract : The optical properties of highly alloyed monocrystals and diffusion layers of p-type gallium arsenide are studied in the spectral range from 0.2 to 25 micrometers. Proposed and examined experimentally is the method of bleaching, the application of selective coatings, and the alteration of the microrelief of the surface with the aim of decreasing the reflection factor in the desired region of the spectrum.
