Abstract : The work presents an analog computer program to solve the radio wave interaction equation for the case of finite wanted and disturbing pulses with the disturbing pulse power having a time dependency of (Sin((Pi)(t)/tau sub D) to the 4th power. The program is capable of varying some of the important variables involved in the equation such as electron density, N, collision frequency, nu, and electron temperature, theta. Some typical curves are shown to demonstrate the accuracy and applicability of the program. Finally a critical analysis is presented which shows the advantages and disadvantages of the analog computer program. (Author)
