Abstract : The Mark II General Two-Body Program was developed to compute accurately any type of two-body orbit encountered in space flight missions. It is applicable to problems in which the two-body approximation is adequate and as a basic subroutine in high precision trajectory computations which employ Encke's method or special forms of the variation of parameters method. Specially-tailored analytical solutions, developed by Convair-Astronautics, to the two-body equations of motion are given and the computational procedures are outlined. (Author)
