Abstract : Discussion of the stress-strain state of a viscoelastic medium with a reinforcement in the form of an infinite row of similar equally spaced circular cylindrical filaments. The viscoelastic problem is reduced to an elastic problem with the aid of one-sided Laplace transforms, and the elastic problem is solved by expressing the stresses through regular periodic functions of the complex variable. An infinite system of equations is derived to determine the unknown coefficients. (Author)
