Abstract : Results obtained on the Hudson Laboratories long period microbarograph array for the Chinese thermonuclear explosion of June 17, 1967 are described. Of particular interest is the presence of a fast arrival, having a period of approximately 15 min and traveling with a speed of about 600 msec. This arrival is detected by beamforming techniques both for the short great circle path and for the long one. Also detected were 7- to 8-min periods traveling at 300 msec. (Author)
