Abstract : Line scan television cameras offer significant advantages over snapshot cameras for geographically continuous earth observation from an orbiting satellite. A study program has developed a laboratory model of a line scan camera utilizing an image dissector sensor and folded fiber optics for scene rectification. The camera's electronic circuitry design and performance are described in this report. (Author)
