Abstract : Inasmuch as earlier investigations of the effect of oxygen adsorbtion were made on polycrystalline lead-sulfide films, the authors have investigated the effect of adsorbed oxygen on the electric and photoelectric properties of single crystal films, compared these properties with those of polycrystalline layers, and determined the character of their variation upon adsorption of oxygen.
