Abstract : Color spectro zonal aerial photographs were used to decipher and identify points in plan-altitude field training. No particular advantage of these were noted over black and white photographs for this purpose, although color does possess a great advantage over black and white in topographical decipherment. The possibility of using small-scale color photography for decipherment in sparsely populated areas is suggested. (Author)
