Abstract : Sintered aluminu, powder SAP material is considerably strengthened in cold deformation by cold hardening of the aluminum matrix. Material relaxation with simultaneous increase in plastic properties results from heating to a temperature above 600 degrees C. Recrystallization through process annealing is observed after exposure of 0.5-1.0 h; with an increase in exposure time, material properties barely change. High-temperature annealing (650 degrees C) sharply increases tensile characteristics at elevated temperatures. After exposure of more than 1.0 h polygonization begins in the material and structure changes.
