Abstract : Further development is given of previous theory of partial excitation (AD-683 388). It is shown that the Schrodinger wave equation results from properties of the Maxwell-Lorentz-Schrodinger field. This latter is obtained by fusion of the Schrodinger amplitude into the Maxwell-Lorentz equations. Partex (partial excitation theory) gives a different value of energy for ground state of the hydrogen atom, as compared to quantum mechanics. This is because partex does not involve use of reduced electronic mass in calculation of ground state energy. In this theory the electronic charge cloud has no particle-like aspect. (Author)
