Abstract : The nucleus of N15 was investigated by the electron scattering technique at incident energies of 250 and 400 MeV. The first diffraction minimum was observed and measured. The data were analyzed by using two nuclear charge density distributions; the Fermi model and the shell model. A value for the radius and skin thickness of the N15 nucleus is given although the data do not fit the diffraction minimum. (Author)
