Abstract : The book deals with radio systems which are intended for discriminating and processing information about the speed of movement of objects. The ultimate precision of doppler systems employing a continuous signal is evaluated and the structure of a receiving-measuring channel is analyzed together with the most important parts of it: tracking filters, converters for converting information about the speed of movement into a voltage and a digital code, and a system for signal search based on frequency.
