Abstract : The mass spectra of halogenosubstituted diphenylacetylenes show hydrogen scrambing between the two phenyl rings. As with the halogenobenzenes the randomization process occurs in the molecular ion rather than in the (M - 1) ion as is the case for methyldiphenylacetylene. (Author)
