Abstract : Evaluation of each recruit's fitness and suitability for service is a necessary function of the addressed activities which serve as centers for training of recruits for the U. S. This evaluation has the view of separating personnel from service when it is determined that they are unsuitable for service because they cannot be expected to perform useful duty. (Author)
